Supplier development
Up to 3 suitable supplier options where available, including MOQ, product price, lead time, sample terms and basic supplier screening. Colour or size variants using the same specification and supplier route are treated as one product family.
Best for: new product lines and businesses that have not selected a supplier.Sample coordination
Up to 3 supplier parcels for one approved product brief. Includes receiving, a basic visible check of quantity, appearance, key dimensions and packaging, photos or a short video, repacking and courier coordination. This is not a third-party AQL inspection.
Best for: confirming a product before a commercial order.Bulk order execution
Supplier coordination, negotiation, order follow-up, basic product and packaging checks, labelling, consolidation and shipping coordination. The fee is calculated on the supplier-invoice value of the goods only.
Best for: commercial and repeat orders. Volume pricing is available above £15,000 in goods value.Supplier development fee credit: the £119 fee is credited in full against the first Bulk Order Execution service fee for the same project when the order is placed within 60 days and the supplier-invoice goods value is at least £2,500.
The initial fit review is free. It checks whether the product, quantity, budget, destination and required support fit our service. It does not include supplier names, factory quotations or detailed supplier research.
Costs charged separately: product and sample costs, delivery within China, international freight, payment charges, import duty and VAT, third-party inspection, testing and certification. These costs are not included in the 6% calculation and are confirmed before payment.
Payment terms: service fees and estimated pass-through costs are paid before work starts. Service fees are non-refundable once work has begun; unused pass-through funds are returned. Deep customisation, complex packaging and compliance projects require a separate quote.
Project boundaries
To protect both sides, we do not accept:
- Counterfeit goods or unauthorised vehicle logos
- Brake, steering, airbag or other safety-critical parts
- Complex engine or transmission replacement parts
- High-risk fitment projects without complete vehicle data
- Complex wireless, battery or active-safety products
- Requests for extensive free product research
